Things to Know
Bids For the Properties:
The sale of the properties will be executed after the property appraisals have been completed as required by probate court . Appraisals are expected back in mid to late April. However, the Estate is currently receiving bids in order to more quickly identify serious buyers and execute the property sales after the appraisals have been received. The estate heirs reserve the right to retain any properties of their choosing.
Unless otherwise discussed, an LOI for each individual property will be required as opposed to a "package bid" for all 13 properties. Please send just one email that includes the LOI's regarding each property you are interested in to TJ Fairley at tjfairley19@gmail.com.
Properties will be sold "As Is":
Several of the properties have been recently vacated by tenants. Although some minor cleaning has been done, it will be the responsibility of the new owner to handle all clean up, repairs, and updates. The winning bidder(s) of each property will have an opportunity to do due diligence. If there are any questions concerning the properties, please do not hesitate to Contact Us.
